What we store

When you join the waitlist we store: an email or phone number (and, if you ticked it, that you have WhatsApp on that number), and if you filled them in: first name, favorite team, how you heard about us, and any idea or suggestion you chose to write.

We also store: when you joined, the version of the consent you accepted, the site language, a short browser and device description, and the source of the link you came from (if it carries a tracking parameter).

Your IP address is not stored. We keep a salted hash of it that cannot be turned back into the address, used only to limit repeated sign-ups and abuse.

What for

To tell you about the launch and about Kambek, to learn which teams and channels interest fans, and to protect the site from abuse. We do not sell the data and do not pass it to commercial parties.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when you join and withdrawable at any time.

Who sees it

AG Build only. The data is kept with the hosting and database providers we use, who are bound to protect it. The site runs no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and sets no cookies for visitors.

How long

Up to 18 months from joining, or until you ask to be removed, whichever comes first. After launch, people who join the app can manage their details there.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data held about you, correct it or delete it, and withdraw your consent to messages, at ariel@agbuild.app. To protect you, we will ask to confirm that the request comes from the owner of the contact details. We will handle it promptly.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the data, including encrypted connections, restricted access and hashed addresses. No system is completely immune; if a security incident requires a report, we will act as the law requires.

Changes

If we change this policy materially we will update the date here and ask for consent again where needed.
